Beirut Art Center’s permutable kit breaks the central room away from the rest of the curated exhibition space into a casual space of meeting.
Modular plywood units are assembled into various permutations depending on the needs of Beirut Art Center’s central space. The simplicity of the unit lends itself to various functions such as shelving, seating, or screen display. The simple design of the permutable kit ensures that more pieces can be created according to need, and can be made by repurposing and up-cycling BAC’s existing stock of wood.
